Cancellation policy:
If a reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit may be used from one year from the date of cancellation for a stay, excluding holidays, antique week, and area special events. Other dates for reschedule of rental subject to Hope Farms approval. A $100 rescheduling fee is charged if a reservation is canceled and rescheduled with notice of more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
No refunds on cancellations.
No credits for future stays will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival or to change in weather.
The Hope Farms is available for family reunions, business meetings/functions, weddings and special events. Call or write for pricing.
DAMAGE POLICY:
The person making the reservation will be held responsible for any damages made by themselves, guests or pets during their visit. The credit card used for the reservation or final payment may be processed to reimburse owners and operators of the Hope Farms for the damages. The responsible party will be provided an itemized list of damages and the costs for each. In the event a cash damage deposit was posted, reimbursement for damages will be deducted before issuing a refund of the deposit.
Pool policy:
No lifeguard on duty! Swimming at your own risk. Children under 18 must have adult supervision. No glass containers in pool area. No running in pool area. No swimming alone.
No pets allowed in pool or hot tub.
Pool is enclosed and accessible by a locked door. A key is given to the responsible guest on arrival. Pool area to remain locked when not in use.
Deposit policy:
The deposit payment amount required to confirm a reservation is the total of rental fee plus tax plus cleaning deposit..
